Nirwana Beach & Resort, a five-star resort, stands on the shore at Candidasa. The grounds reach the sand directly: no road and nothing public between the garden and the water. This stretch looks south at open ocean — this is the surf side of the island. There is a pool, a restaurant and a spa.
